Sales Executive
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Your responsibilities will be:
Key Tasks
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
Key qualifications & requirements:
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook

Demi Chef
As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be working on a day shift and will be responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Key Tasks
- Organize what needs to be prepared as the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen
- Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
- Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in set up and supervising of buffets and special functions
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
- Consult and check on daily requirements, functions and last minute events and liaise with the team accordingly
Key qualifications & requirements:
- Possess a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experiences in quality establishments along with good culinary skills.
- The ability to communicate well in English and a proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is an essential.

Finance & Administration Assistant
Join our Administration and Finance team as Administration Assistant on a definite contract. Responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements. To be successful for this post, candidates should be professional, polite and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks and excel at both verbal and written communication.
Key Tasks
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Review and process reimbursements
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Participate in payroll processes
- Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)
Key qualifications & requirements:
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
- Time management and organization skills
