Location: Busy Bee Coffee Shop
Reports to: Floor Supervisor

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to guests while contributing to a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Take orders and assist guests with menu selections
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • Previous experience in food service (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie

Location: Busy Bee Coffee Shop
Reports to: Sous Chef

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet Busy Bee’s quality and presentation standards while supporting smooth daily operations.

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
  • Manage a designated kitchen section
  • Ensure timely food preparation, especially during peak hours
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization
  • Assist with food prep, portioning, and stock rotation (FIFO)
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff for smooth service
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Support junior kitchen staff when required
  • Experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and consistency

Finance Executive

Finance Executive

Location: Busy Bee Head Office
Reports to: Finance Manager

We are seeking a motivated Finance Executive, ideally pursuing an accounting qualification, to support core accounting, reporting, and financial operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
  • Manage day-to-day finance activities, including reconciliations
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Monitor cash flow and support working capital management
  • Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and financial regulations
  • Support audits and maintain internal controls
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency
  • Currently pursuing or recently started an accounting qualification
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
