Pre-heat oven to 210°C/ Fan 190°C/ Gas 6 with the baking tray you are going to cook on. Remove the beef wellington from tray using the grease proof paper provided. Place wellington on pre-heated tray on the top shelf of the oven. For a medium result cook for +/-50mins, remove from oven and let rest for 10 mins before carving. Portion and serve with gravy
