Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan assisted.
Transfer to a roasting tray and roast for 40 – 50 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked to a medium well.
Allow 10mins to rest before carving.
Serve with thyme jus and mint jelly
