Cooking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Transfer the pork belly to a roasting tin and roast for 50-60 minutes, or until the pork belly is cooked through and the crust is nice and crispy. The pork is cooked when the juices run clear with no trace of pink. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve with roast garlic jus
