Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan assisted. Transfer to a roasting tin and roast for 45 – 60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked throughout.
The chicken is cooked when the juices run clear with no trace of pink.
Allow 10mins to rest before carving. Serve with thyme jus.
