Stuffed Turkey Breast, Roast Garlic Jus
Cooking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Transfer the turkey to a roasting tin and roast for 50-60 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through. The turkey is cooked when the juices run clear with no trace of pink. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve it with roast garlic jus
