These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern your use of this website and further constitute an agreement between you and Busy Bee (Retail) Ltd (C 87629).
By using, viewing, and/or otherwise utilising this website and/or the services and contents herein, you agree to all of the T&Cs set forth below.

All items indicated on the website are subject to availability.
Items are prepared in kitchens handling allergenic ingredients including Milk, Eggs, Nuts, Peanuts, Cereals containing Gluten (wheat, rye and barley), Fish, Soya, Sesame seeds and Celery. Busy Bee (Retail) Ltd cannot guarantee the full exclusion of allergenic traces.
For bespoke items, additional charges may apply. While Busy Bee will replicate supplied artwork as faithfully as possible, variations in colour and final appearance may occur.
All pricing may be reviewed and adjusted at any time by Busy Bee (Retail) Ltd.
Orders for individual items may be made via telephone and/or over the counter.
An order number will be provided and must be presented upon collection.
Online orders for party items are subject to written confirmation from the Sales Department.
Payment must be settled in full upon placement of order.
Pick-ups can be made between 9:00am and 3:00pm from Monday to Sunday. Customers must inspect goods before leaving the premises.
Deliveries incur a charge depending on locality. Delivery times are estimates only and take place between 9:00hrs and 15:00hrs.
Busy Bee (Retail) Ltd shall not be responsible for delays due to traffic, incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances.
Busy Bee (Retail) Ltd reserves the right to use third-party delivery services.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes and compliance with international regulations. Shipments may be inspected by customs authorities.
Customers must inspect items upon delivery and record shortages or damages immediately.
Issues identified after delivery must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Consumed goods cannot be subject to complaints.
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise decided by Busy Bee (Retail) Ltd.
Orders may be cancelled up to three days before delivery or pick-up. Bespoke items cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days, less any applicable charges.
Busy Bee (Retail) Ltd shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control including fire, flood, strike, pandemic or government restrictions.
Busy Bee (Retail) Ltd complies fully with GDPR and applicable data protection laws and processes data only for lawful and contractual purposes.
All website content is the property of Busy Bee (Retail) Ltd. Reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited without permission.
Customers agree to indemnify Busy Bee (Retail) Ltd against losses arising from breaches of these T&Cs.
These T&Cs are governed by the Laws of Malta. Disputes shall be resolved by the Courts of Malta.
